We stayed at a hotel in Jeddah for two nights, and our experience at Royal Casablanca was not good. The A/C remote in our room wasn't working, and when we tried calling reception for assistance, no one answered. it was not a pleasant experience.
Everything was perfect and met all of our needs and preferences! 😊

The stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was super convenient, with a short walk to a variety of restaurants and a local market. The reception staff were amazing, always ready to help and provide excellent service. The hotel had everything you could possibly need, including free Wi-Fi in public areas, a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room. They also had useful amenities such as laundry facilities, a flat-screen TV, a business centre, and express check-in/-out. The lobby entrance was jaw-dropping, beautifully decorated and well-managed. The room service was fast and the staff were friendly. I cannot wait to come back and stay at this incredible place again!

The hotel was located close enough to the restaurant, Saudi Arabia, and site seeing. I interacted with the very nice and helpful staff. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from Jeddah Tower.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient with a restaurant area and a hypermarket within a short walk. The staff, especially the porter named Noor, were very kind and helpful.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially for vegetarians.

It's an excellent hotel with a separate sitting room for relaxation and a comfortable bedroom. The staff are polite and very helpful.
There should be a variety of fruit drinks (E.G. orange, etc) and of the breakfast.
